Emerald Coast Acting Academy provides acting training programs, workshops, and related services to aspiring actors in Pensacola, Florida. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
Enrollment in our courses and programs is subject to availability. To enroll, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees. We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on our Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. The Emerald Coast Acting Academy reserves the right to change the course fees with a notice of 30 days.
Late payments may be subject to a late fee of $25. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your enrollment.
To access certain features of the Site or Services, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe that you have provided false or misleading information.
You agree to use the Site and Services in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. You shall not:
The Emerald Coast Acting Academy has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and discrimination. Violators of this policy will be subject to immediate disciplinary action, including expulsion from the Academy.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Emerald Coast Acting Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
Students retain ownership of their original works created as part of courses. However, the Emerald Coast Acting Academy reserves the right to use student work for promotional purposes with appropriate attribution.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Emerald Coast Acting Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to the Emerald Coast Acting Academy for the Services during the term of your enrollment.
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Emerald Coast Acting Academy makes no guarantees regarding employment or career advancement for students who complete our programs. The success of our students depends on a variety of factors, including their talent, dedication, and networking efforts.
We may terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emerald Coast Acting Academy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
